Questions people usually ask us
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Just email us — we’re happy to talk it through.
How much does a website cost?+
WordPress websites start from ₹5,000, WooCommerce stores from ₹15,000, and Android apps from ₹25,000. These are starting points — the exact price depends on your specific requirements, and we’ll always confirm a firm quote before any work begins.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on scope — a simple website can take a couple of weeks, while a store or app takes longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you need. Timelines also depend on how quickly you can share content, feedback, and approvals.
Do you provide hosting and a domain?+
We can help you choose and set up hosting and a domain, but these are billed separately from the website itself since they’re ongoing costs paid to third-party providers, not one-time development work.
What do I need to provide to get started?+
Mainly your content — text, images, logo, and any specific pages or features you have in mind. If you don’t have everything ready, that’s fine too; we’ll guide you on what’s needed as we go.
Can I request changes after the site is built?+
Yes. A reasonable number of revisions are included while we’re refining the original scope. Bigger changes — new pages or features beyond what was agreed — are quoted as additional work.
Do you offer support after launch?+
Yes, we fix any genuine bugs in our own work free of charge for one month after launch. After that, we offer an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) — ₹2,500/year for WordPress websites, ₹5,000/year for WooCommerce stores and Android apps — covering routine updates, backups, and minor fixes.
Do you build e-commerce stores?+
Yes — we build WooCommerce stores with product catalogs, payment gateways, and order management, plus custom back-office tools when a store needs something WooCommerce doesn’t offer out of the box.
Do you build Android apps too?+
Yes. We build Android apps, often as companions to a website you already have — simple, focused, and easy to use.
Who owns the website or app once it’s finished?+
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website, app, or design files is yours. Any third-party themes, plugins, or licensed assets used remain subject to their own licences.
How does payment work?+
Projects require 50% of the total as an advance before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on handover. The exact structure is confirmed in your quote before work begins.
